The 100th year celebrations for Kingston College shift into a new gear with the staging of the 4th renewal of the Gibson Cup Extravaganza to be staged on July 26th at the school's North Street campus.

The Gibson Cup is played in honour of the founder of both Kingston College and Glenmuir High, the late Bishop Percival Gibson.
Principal of Kingston College and member of the organizing committee Dave Myrie tells us more.

The one-day multi-sport event features action in football, basketball, netball, and lawn tennis.
Host Kingston College, St George's College, Bishop Gibson High, Glenmuir, Decarteret College, St Hilda's, St Hugh's, The Queen's School, and Church Teacher's College are the institutions that will be represented at the one-day event.
This year, Kingston College old boys---journalist Stratton Palmer and former Jamaican international Neville Oxford, will be two of three honorees at this year's event.
The other honoree will be Jonas Gordon, a past student of Glenmuir High who represents the Fort Lauderdale chapter.
